At LORDS, Year 6 is more than just the final year of primary school — it’s a launchpad for the future. It’s a time to grow, discover, and be inspired. With opportunities to lead, learn, and shine, every student is encouraged to become the very best version of themselves.

In Year 6, our students develop confidence and skills that prepare them for the exciting step into Year 7. This is our High School Experience Program, where students get to check out elective subjects they will study in Year 7.

In Year 6, we celebrate their final year of Junior School with their own "Class of..." shirt and a graduation dinner at the end of the year. Every second year, our Year 6 students take the lead roles in the Junior School Musical. And there are so many different sports options available, with Netball and Futsal being very popular.

Our Year 6 students occupy their very own building and playground. The new building was ready for Year 6 at the beginning of 2025. Their playground is a state-of-the-art space with climbing structures, swings, slides, and loads more fun stuff.
